Policy & Guidelines
Booking Appointments
All appointments must be booked online through the website. A valid credit card is required to hold your spot. A small deposit is due at the time of booking and goes toward your service total.
Deposit
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required for full sets, fills, and lash removal services. This deposit will be applied to your service and must be paid when booking.
For Eyelash Extension Certification Courses, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required and will also go toward your course total.
Payment
Venmo, Apple Pay, Cashapp and cash are accepted. Please note: change is not carried on hand, so exact cash is appreciated.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. In that case, I’m happy to apply your deposit to your rescheduled appointment.
Rescheduling within 24 hours or missing your appointment (including being 30+ minutes late) will result in a forfeited deposit and a 50% charge of the service. These fees must be paid before booking again.
Running Late
Please arrive on time with clean lashes. If you’d like to wash your lashes at the appointment, arrive 10 minutes early. I won’t be able to extend appointments due to late arrivals, and the full service price will still apply. If you’re more than 30 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show and 50% of the service fee will be charged.
Clean Lashes
Come to your appointment with freshly washed, makeup-free lashes. Makeup and natural oils affect how well the adhesive bonds and can lead to poor retention. I offer lash wash here if you’d like to cleanse them before your appointment, but please note that it may take an extra 10–15 minutes from your lashing time. Clean lashes help us get the best results.
Talking During Appointments
I truly enjoy catching up and chatting before we begin. Once lashing starts, it’s best to minimize movement—including talking—so I can work safely and efficiently. Talking can cause eye fluttering or shifts in the under-eye pads, which may affect comfort and retention. I’ll never stop you from talking, but please know that chatting during your lash time can lead to fewer lashes applied and shorter wear. Feel free to bring earbuds and relax with your favorite music or podcast if that helps you stay still.
Retention Issues & Refunds
All services are non-refundable. If you experience retention issues within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact me right away. I’ll schedule a troubleshooting appointment where we can go over your routine, product use, and anything else that may be contributing. I’ll also provide a complimentary 30-minute mini fill to help restore fullness. This offer is only valid within the 48-hour window.
Aftercare & Homecare
Proper aftercare is essential for retention. I can’t guarantee results if outside cleansers, makeup, or lash serums are used, as they may affect the adhesive bond. You’re welcome to use your preferred products, but please know that you’ll be responsible for any retention issues that may occur.
Touch-ups (Fills)
To maintain fullness, fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks. Most clients naturally lose 2–5 lashes per day. If more than 3 weeks have passed or you have less than 40% of your extensions remaining, you’ll need to book a full set. Not sure which one you need? Just reach out—I’m happy to help. Pre-booking your fills is the best way to secure your spot and stay on schedule.
Mini Fills
Mini fills are for current clients only and are meant for light touch-ups. These must be booked within 10 days of your last fill and require that you have at least 50% of your extensions remaining. Mini fills are perfect for a quick refresh, not for replacing regular fills.
Kids
To ensure a calm and focused environment for your service, I ask that you come solo or arrange for childcare in advance. Appointments require stillness and quiet, and this policy helps protect your time and the quality of your results. Thank you for your understanding.
If you need to cleanse your lashes, no worries — lash wash is available, and I’m happy to do a lash bath for you. Just be sure to arrive 10 minutes early so we have time to prep properly.
